Privacy
What we hold, why, and how to make us stop. Last updated 7 August 2026.
What we collect
An account is a name, an email and a hashed password. A purchase is a record of what you bought, when, and for how much. Your library records which reports you have run, free ones included. If you buy an idea report we also hold your idea: the description you wrote, the interview, and the report built from them.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your data for marketing. Sessions use a cookie because that is how staying signed in works.
Your ideas are yours
An idea report describes an unreleased game in your own words. It is visible to your account and nobody else's, it is never used as marketing material, never shown as a sample, and never used to build anyone else's report. Deleting your account deletes it.
Payments
Cards are handled by Stripe; the numbers never touch our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what they hold. We keep the receipt: product, amount, date, and Stripe's reference for the charge, because refunds and disputes need them.
We email you about your account and your purchases: receipts, password resets, and a report that finished building. No newsletters you did not ask for.
How long we keep things
As long as you have an account, because the library is the product. Delete the account and the library, the free reads and the idea reports go with it. Purchase records survive only as long as tax and payment-dispute law requires them to.
Your rights
Ask and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to the retention the law forces on receipts. Deletion is also self-service in account settings. Write to hello@example.com.
