A person reads every message. Include the email on your account and, if it is about a report, the game or idea it covers.

The short version: if we did not deliver what you paid for, the money comes back.
- A report that fails to build, or arrives broken, is refunded in full. Just tell us.
- Bought a report on the wrong game by mistake? Tell us within 14 days and we will move the purchase to the right one, or refund it if it has not been opened.
- The idea report is made to order: the interview and the search run the moment you confirm your brief. Before that confirmation, a full refund on request. After it, the report is yours, and we refund only when the report itself is defective.
- Disagreeing with a report's verdict is not a defect. We measure what players did; sometimes the answer is not the one anyone wanted.
Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every report is a one-time purchase and stays in your library for good. There is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel.
Where is my report?
In your library, under the account you bought it with. A game report is built the first time you open it; an idea report builds after you confirm the brief.
Can I share a report with my team?
The PDF is yours to keep and to show the people you are building with. The purchase is licensed to you, not for resale or republication.
How do you read millions of reviews?
We do not read them by hand, and neither could anyone else. The figures come from Steam's own data, counted rather than estimated: review counts, ratings, prices and release dates. The written reviews behind those figures are read by a language model. Every complaint a report raises carries the evidence behind it, how many players raised it and which games drew it hardest, so you can weigh the finding instead of taking it on trust. The idea report interviews you the same way, asking questions back before it searches.
